 PARKING:
The West Appledore car park is 100 paces from the the Cottage. On arrival, you can pause outside the front door to unload your luggage etc. There is parking on roads nearby, but it is simple to purchase a weekly ticket for the car park currently at £15.

ACCOMMODATION
Sleeps up to 6 people plus cot - possibly up to 8 with children.
All bedrooms & living rooms have full central heating as required. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available if required.

BEDROOMS:
Ground floor double bedroom with king size bed, double doors opening onto the garden and estuary / sea views over the wall. Dressing table, mirror, wardrobe and bedside lights.

Upstairs double bedroom with super king size or twin beds according to requirements, window to Irsha Street, chest of
draws, mirror and hanging cupboard and bedside light.

LIVING ROOMS:
Extra sitting room upstairs with fantastic views through French windows out over the estuary towards the sea bar; sofa bed for use at your option. Additional chairs and CD Player/Radio.

Oak beamed sitting room near ground floor entrance with comfortable sofa chairs, TV/video
and gas fire as required over and above the very adequate central heating.


Dining area with table and chairs to seat up to eight beyond the kitchen with door
into the garden and with the magnificent ever changing views over the sea wall.

Fully equipped kitchen adjoining the dining area with electric
cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer
and fully equipped for every day cuisine necessities!
BATHROOM:
Basin, Bath, WC and a Shower that really works!
The gas combi boiler provides continuous hot water.
ADDITIONAL WC:
On the ground floor, near the bedroom, sitting room and kitchen, there is an additional WC with basin and wall cupboard.
ENTRANCE:
Walk in to 45, Irsha Street, through the front door to the atmosphere of the 200 hundred year old fisherman’s cottage
and immediately become embroiled in the history of Appledore
and the ever-changing estuary life over the sea wall…
